What you should know

Right of withdrawal period
You have 14 days to cancel your order. The period begins on the day you receive your goods.
Alternatively, you can also cancel your order while it is still open and has not yet been processed.

How to cancel with a customer account

  1. Open your customer center and log in using your login details.
  2. Select the relevant order and click on “View order”.
  3. Click on “Cancel order” at the bottom of the page.
  4. Follow the further instructions — done!

You will then receive a confirmation by email.

How to cancel without a customer account

You can also cancel your order easily without a customer account:

  1. Open the page “View my order”.
  2. Enter your order number, house number, and postal code.
  3. After logging in, your order will be displayed directly.
  4. Click on “Cancel order” and follow the further instructions.

Alternatively, you will also find a sample cancellation form in your order confirmation email. You can fill it out and send it back to us conveniently by email.
