If you discover defects in your device that meet the requirements, you can easily submit a warranty claim via the ZOXS Guard Centre in your customer account. This is how it works:
- Log in and go to your ZOXS Guard Centre
- Select the device for which you want to claim the warranty
- Select the defect and send the warranty claim.
IMPORTANT: Please do not attempt to repair the device yourself or have it repaired by a third party! We will not cover any costs arising from such repair attempts. In the worst case, your warranty may be cancelled.
We will accept your request and examine your case. If a return shipment is necessary, you will receive a return label from us (insured up to 500.00 euros).
You can also send your device via other shipping service providers, but in this case we will not refund the postage. Please only send us items with sufficient postage. We cannot accept carriage forward returns!

Upon receipt, our technicians will check your device. If a repair is necessary, we will pay the shipping costs to send the device to you. If the invoice amount is paid out, we will refund the amount to the original payment method.
